Healthy Food Rec  
I know a lot of us have food that we love to make that is healthy... so what's your favorite healthy food to prepare?

Share those recipes!!

My favorite breakfasts:

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1tbsp oats

= deliciousness

1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp blueberry or blackberry jam

I enjoy a peanut butter/ banana sandwich on wheat bread. just put 1-2 Tablespoons of peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread (or any type of bread really), add half a sliced banana (only half fits on the sandwich... I generally just eat the other half after I finish my sandwich). If you want something slightly sweeter, add a bit of honey to the sandwich.

It's got protein, fruit, and healthy carbs. Plus, it keeps me satisfied till my next meal. I usually have a salad on the side of that sandwich since I eat it for a meal, but I bet just the sandwich (or half of it) would be a great snack!
