Last week: Don't eat after midnight. I actually did really well with this one. I was quite pleased with it, and was amazed to find that not eating after midnight helped me to sleep better! If I got hungry after midnight, I made myself hot cocoa (with water) or green tea. I did eat after midnight tonight, but all the other days I did good. I'm going to keep this in effect (since I believe that is the point of the "Baby Steps" goals - to slowly become healthier).
This week I want to do two things. First off, I want to start to keep a food diary because I feel that will enable me to best see where my eating habits needs improvement. The other thing I want to do is in order to prevent mindless eating. I will not eat while surfing the net. In order to eat, I must shut my lap top.
Last Week: Go to the gym (or exercise to a video) twice, for at least 30 minutes each time. I failed at this. I exercised to a video once, and never made it out to the gym.
This week I want to again try for two times. Also, I want to check out the group fitness schedule and see if any of the classes would work for me.
