Baby Steps; Week 1  
Food:  I want to focus on not eating after midnight this week.  It's a big problem of mine.  I tend to eat an entire meal after midnight, usually out of sheer boredom...

Exercise:  I want to go to the gym at least twice, 30 minutes each time.  It'd be really awesome if I could make it out there 3 times.

I totally get that. I've been trying to go to bed by midnight and get up by 9am.

....except that i went to bed at 3am and got up at 11:30am. It sucks. If I can go to bed earlier, i'll feel more energized when i wake up, and eat less at night.

I'm so with you on the no-eating-at-night thing.

Yeah, that was totally my problem last semester. I'd have a bag of reeses and just eat while I was staying up until 2. It helps if you get in bed earlier, even if you are still using the computer or something. I know I don't like to eat in my bed, so that helps me.
