30 Day Shred  
So, I tried Jillian's 30 Day Shred tonight (at 1:00AM lol) and have to say it kicked my ass.  Like, I'm sweating still and well, I hate to admit it, I wasn't able to actually make it through without stopping.  I laid on the floor through like 5 pushups and definitely stopped "jump roping" a lot. 

I liked Killian's  tough love attitude though ("Killian" was a typo, but since the workout killed me, I'm leaving it).  "If you're looking for a modified version of the this move, look elsewhere!" It was refreshing to the entire "omg! yay! you're doing great!" which gets annoying when your hot, tired, sweaty, and more than a little pissed.  =D



So, basically, I'm starting over on my diet (meaning I'm actually starting one).  I've gained weight since I was last here and for the second summer in a row, I don't fit my shorts!!!  I can't afford to buy another set of summer clothes, or winter clothes (when it comes to that).  Right now, I can survive on the 2 pairs of shorts I've boughten and the old T-shirts I've won for free that were way oversized at the time, but when school starts again, I don't want to wear the same shorts day in, day out.  And I definitely don't want to wear a huge T-shirt that says I graduated middle school in 2007 (lol, volunteer chaperones apparently get the left-over T-shirts.)


So, my plan is to write down everything I eat, and at the end of the day I'll write in how everything could have been healthier.  I'm hoping this will make me more aware of my bad habits and also of healthy alternatives.  And for exercise, Jillian's 30 Day Shred 5 days per week at least.  I'm going to try and move up to level 2 after day 10 (this doesn't count the days I don't workout with it).

I can't do the pushups. omg, it's so hard, but I can do everything else!
